From the B9001, a minor public road is taken signposted to Forgue School and Conland, for around 0.6 miles, passing Scott Hall and St Margaret’s Church. The site is on the left, opposite Chapelhill Croft. Located in a rural setting within the small hamlet of Forgue some 10 miles north west of the main town of Huntly, Aberdeenshire.
